How does it work?

There’s a 22 question form that I ask you to fill in. It’s all multiple choice. Once you’ve filled it in and answered all the questions you’ll get your personalised report a few minutes later. Most people get a report that is about 4,000 words and 20 pages long. It’s all tailored to you and your current position.
