Spending a day clearly and deeply thinking about those two questions is one of the best ways of accelerating growth and reducing the risk of failure for most startups.
On a tactical basis growth hacks vary in usefulness depending on the sector, business model and product/service. They are highly context dependent. So when you consider your startup it is invaluable to systematically brainstorm different hacks and experiments whilst scanning through the different got to market channels and then test to see what works for you.
